What we collect and why

The name, phone number and email address you send through our forms, and anything you tell us by email or phone. We use them only to reply to you, prepare a quote and discuss a campaign or carrying adverts on your vehicles. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and taking steps you ask for before a contract.

Who we share it with

Only our website host and email provider, which act on our instructions. Where data is processed outside the UK, it's protected by the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a campaign are deleted after 12 months. Customers' and fleet partners' details are kept while we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, move it, or stop using it. Contact us using the details above, and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
